And again, the erotica scenes were written as memories rather than actively occurring during the course of the story. The erotica BDSM scenes were steamy with S/M elements that were hot but not in-depth or with any sensual slant to them.

The notion that these men were so addicted to the FemDom nation that they signed away their lives, fortunes, and future to these women just wasn't there for me. I don't like it when females are portrayed this way and I don't like it with men. I appreciated the back story as to the Coterie Society and members but how this translated into men being a product than treasured slave is something that irked me. Sure it all made sense in the end but for me a lot of the information revealed in the later portions would have been worked better if portioned out earlier. The whole history of Eli finding out about the Coterie and Mistress Jasmine gave me whiplash with the scene cuts into his childhood and career as an author and back again. While full of emotion and dream scenes of erotica I didn't really connect to this on many levels. He reflects back on his journey as a submissive slave to Mistress Jasmine who was a member of a secretive society of Fem-Dom's, trying to decide if he will honor his signed contract to remain a slave owned by the Coterie or go into hiding to escape his fate. The main character Eli has just lost his Mistress and finds out in her will that he is to be given to another Mistress.

This book reads more like a memoir/journal read than a romantic suspense or erotica read. But in relinquishing control, Eli's life is fulfilled. Relinquishing control, is not seen as a masculine way to go about things. The story explores a much under discussed orientation that of the male submissive. He is told that he is to be sold to another Mistress. Officially, Eli now belongs to The Coterie. When Mistress Jasmine is killed in a road traffic accident, Eli is devastated. But Eli and Jasmine are more than Mistress and slave, they have fallen in love. Eli endures humiliation, depravity and absolute control, at the hands of Mistress Jasmine. Its members are Dominant women their ethos in life is total submission of the male. Jasmine tells Eli tales of a secret, exclusive organisation, The Coterie. When Jasmine tells Eli of her secret life, Eli is intrigued and gradually he is initiated into a world of BDSM, that as Jasmine’s submissive, is impossible for him to walk away from. He doesn’t understand her reluctance, they’ve had fun together and it isn’t as if he is asking her to marry him, just maybe a cup of coffee. When Jasmine the beautiful Dominant meets tall, hunky Eli at the dullest party in the world, Eli wants to see her again.

Her new book, Enslaving Eli is a must for fans of the genre! Billierosie once again shows that she is a true master at writing hotter-than-hot BDSM erotica.
